For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
(A) CONNECTION FEE. Shall mean the fee charged to new customers to the town’s water and/or sewer system that place an additional demand on said existing system, and by all existing customers to the town’s water and/or sewer system that place an additional demand on said existing system through an expansion or a modification of an existing structure.
(B) CUSTOMER. Shall mean any individual, family, business or institution that hooks on to the town’s water and/or sewer system and uses the same.
