Section 2.

In accordance with the provisions of G.S. 130-126.1 the Town Council of the Town of Beech Mountain shall become ex officio the governing board of the Beech Mountain Sanitary District, if the Beech Mountain Sanitary District Board of Commissioners adopts a resolution in accordance with that section.
