§ 154.041 MEETINGS AND RECORDS OF THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT.
   (A)   The Board of Adjustment shall establish a regular meeting schedule and shall meet frequently enough so that it can take action as expeditiously as reasonably as possible.
   (B)   The Board shall conduct its meetings in accordance with the quasi-judicial procedures.
   (C)   All meetings of the Board shall be open to the public, and whenever feasible the agenda for each Board meeting shall be made available in advance of the meeting.
   (D)   The members of the Board of Adjustment shall be paid a monthly allowance established in the annual budget ordinance for meeting attendance, regardless of the number of meetings attended; no money will be paid if no meetings were attended, payment will be on a quarterly basis. The compensation may be changed by the Town Council at any time.
   (E)   The Board shall keep a record of its members’ attendance, and of its decisions, discussions, findings, and recommendations, which record shall be a public record. These records shall be kept in the manner and for the periods prescribed by the North Carolina Department of Cultural Resources.
