(A) Sign must be a minimum of three feet by three feet and attached to, two 4-inch by 4-inch posts set securely into the ground.
(B) Sign must have a white background and black lettering.
(C) Lettering must be a minimum of four inches in height with one-half-inch stroke.
(D) Signs must be removed within 48 hours of the modular units being set.

MODULAR HOME CONSTRUCTION AHEAD
EXPECT DELAYS
ROAD MAY BE CLOSED ON THE DATE BELOW
BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 9:00 A.M. AND 5:00 P.M.
