§ 30.23 CLOSED SESSIONS.
   (A)   The Council may hold closed sessions in accordance with the Open Meetings Law, G.S. § 143-318.11, and other provisions of the law.
   (B)   The Council shall commence a closed session by a majority vote to do so, and shall terminate a closed session in the same manner.
