Where a commercial use is located in the CS-1 or CS-2 zone, 10% of the lot area must be landscaped with shrubs, trees or flower beds. A buffer landscaped with a mix of evergreen shrubs, trees and flower beds at least five feet wide is required to be planted and maintained along the road right-of-way.
