(A) The decision of the Board shall be reduced to writing and served upon the applicant or appellant and all other persons who make a written request for a copy. A copy of the decision shall also be placed in the office of the Zoning Administrator.
(B) If a variance is granted, the nature of the variance and any conditions attached thereto shall be entered on the face of the zoning permit.
(C) If a Special Use Permit is granted, the terms and conditions of the Special Use Permit shall be entered on the face of the zoning permit.
