The provisions of this chapter shall apply within the corporate limits of the Town of Beech Mountain, as specifically identified and delineated on the Zoning Map entitled "The Official Zoning Map of the Town of Beech Mountain, North Carolina." Said map and all explanatory matter thereon accompanies and is hereby made a part of this chapter; the chapter shall be on file in the office of the Town Clerk.
