§ 154.003 AUTHORITY AND ENACTMENT.

In pursuance of the authority conferred by the North Carolina General Statutes, particularly G.S. Ch. 160D, Art 7: Zoning Regulation, and G.S. Ch. 160D, Art. 8: Subdivision Regulation the Town Council of Beech Mountain, North Carolina, hereby ordains and enacts into law the following subchapters and sections for the purpose of promoting the health, safety, morals and general welfare of the community.
