§ 152.01 PURPOSE.
   (A)   The purpose of this chapter is to protect the public from hazards associated with blasting and to keep the Police Department informed when blasting is to occur.
   (B)   This chapter will not relieve the person or party doing the blasting from responsibility for any damages caused by the blasting.
