§ 150.080 DUTY OF DEPARTMENT.

The Department of Inspections shall be responsible for the enforcement of any ordinance or code adopted by the Town Council relating to the construction, alteration, repair, closing or demolition of dwellings unfit for human habitation, pursuant to G.S. Ch. 160D, Art. 11 and 12.
