(A) General. Fees for permits shall be charged at the time of the issuance of the permit. Each subcontractor or his or her agent shall be responsible for the payment of the permit fees charged to enable him or her to perform the work for which the permit is issued.
(B) Building inspection fees for dwelling structures.
(1) Building inspection fees shall be charged at the rate established by the Town Council.
(2) A copy of this rate schedule may be obtained from the Building Inspector during normal business hours and shall be posted on the town's website.
