Every person required to register at the Office of Inspections under the preceding section shall also file with the Department annually a certificate or other documentation as required showing that a policy of comprehensive general liability insurance to include products and completed operations endorsement, also a broad form property damage endorsement, is in effect for the coming year insuring the person up to a minimum of $100,000 for claims arising out of negligent work or conduct by him or her in the course and scope of his or her work performed as a contractor.
