The owner of each rental residential dwelling unit shall submit an affidavit supplied by the town to the Town Building Inspector affirming an annual inspection of all fire extinguishers, carbon monoxide alarms and smoke detectors required by this subchapter. The affidavit must be submitted by January 1 of each calendar year.
