The following uses are permitted under this subchapter and will not be considered a nuisance:
(A) A warning system used by any business or other organization to warn its members, guests and/or customers of a dangerous weather situation advising them to cover. Warning systems should only be operable between 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.;
(B) The compressors used by Beech Mountain Resort, Incorporated as a part of its snow-making process; and
(C) The snow guns used by BMRI or the town.
