(A) Definition. For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
HAZARDOUS WASTE. Waste materials which by their nature are inherently dangerous to handle or dispose of, such as old explosives, radioactive materials, some chemicals and some biological wastes.
(B) Prohibition. The transportation, storage and disposal of hazardous waste within the corporate limits of the town are prohibited.
