(A) The purpose of this subchapter is to set forth for the town the conditions to regulate activities and recreational use of Buckeye Lake and the surrounding area by the general public and organized groups and to protect the water in this reservoir as a high quality drinking water supply.
(B) The public is reminded and encouraged to report any suspicious or unauthorized activity to the appropriate authorities.
(C) Definitions. For purposes of this subchapter the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
CREEK and STREAM. Shall be interchangeable and shall refer to Buckeye Creek and its tributaries unless otherwise specified.
LAKE and RESERVOIR. Shall be interchangeable and shall refer to Buckeye Lake reservoir unless otherwise specified.
