§ 93.04 DUTIES OF THE COMMITTEE.
   The following are the duties of the Committee:
   (A)   Review the appearance and condition of all town outdoor and indoor recreational facilities.
   (B)   Advise the Town Council, through the Director of Parks and Recreation (Director), of needed improvements.
   (C)   Assist the Director with the preparation of the annual budget.
   (D)   Assist the Director with the development of policies and procedures for recommendation to the Town Council.
   (E)   Assist the Director with the development of promotional materials and the distribution of those materials.
   (F)   Assist the Director with the development of plans for future recreational facilities.
   (G)   Assist the Director with planning and carrying out special events and large meetings.
