§ 93.01 POLICY STATEMENT.
   (A)   One of the town's most valuable assets is the natural beauty of its environment. The town has developed its park system in an effort to facilitate the use and enjoyment of the town environment by its residents and visitors. In keeping with this spirit, all park land and amenities should be treated with care and respect. Further, all users of the park should respect the rights of others at all times.
   (B)   The town is committed to providing public recreation facilities to its citizens and visitors. The town will strive to plan, construct and maintain a variety of facilities, parks and natural spaces that improve the quality of life. The goal of this subchapter is to outline the organizational structure that best utilizes community based inputs to maximize the desirability of the town facilities, parks and programs.
