No salary or per diem shall be paid any Commissioner, but Commissioners may be reimbursed for out-of-pocket expenses incurred on behalf of the Commission, or directly related to his or her service as a Commissioner, subject to the approval of the Commission upon submission of a written claim with attached documentation.
