In order to compensate for the expense of conducting normal business as a Board of Zoning Appeals, the following fees shall be paid by the applicant at the time of filing:
(A) Variance of a use for a:
Dwelling use | $150 (plus $10 for each variance of development standards requested) |
Commercial/ Industrial use | $500 (plus $50 for each variance of development standards requested) |
(B) All other uses: $400 (plus $50 for each variance of development standards requested).
(C) Administrative fees:
Administrator’s Fees: | $50 (filing, processing, general review, advertising) |
Refunds: | All variance and administrative fees are non-refundable. |
