The Greenscape Commission shall be responsible for reviewing and providing recommendations for landscaping and green space for all property owned by the city, including the maintenance and preservation thereof, and for making monthly reports to the Council regarding such information and recommendations. It shall also be the responsibility of the Greenscape Commission to study, investigate, council and assist in the development of work plans for the preservation, maintenance, removal and planting of all flora on city properties. The Commission shall be required to do such other acts in furtherance of its purpose as may be requested by the Council and/or the Mayor.
