(A) Coops and runs must be located no less than ten feet from the side property lines.
(B) Coops and runs may only be kept in rear yards, Lots with rear yards that also are considered front yards due to being adjacent to a roadway are considered rear yards for the purpose of this chapter.
(C) Coops and runs are not permitted within 25 feet of any neighboring dwelling.
(D) Coops and runs must be screened with year round landscaping, walls, and/or fencing so as not to be visible from any public street, sidewalk, or adjoining lot when viewed from an observation height of five feet above grade.

(A) Coops and runs shall be well maintained.
(B) Coops shall be enclosed on all sides and have a roof and doors. All access doors must be able to be shut and locked at night. Coop must have at least one solid door and window that can be opened for ventilation. Windows and vents must be covered with predatory proof and bird-proof wire containing less that one inch openings.
(C) Coop must not exceed 30 square feet in size and be no more than five feet in height. Coop must have at least three square feet of space per chicken.
(D) Coop shall be constructed, repaired, and maintained in a manner to prevent rodents from being harbored underneath or within the walls of the enclosures.
(E) Coop shall be built of solid weatherproof materials such as wood, metal, or plastic. Wood shall be treated wood and not particle board. Coop floors shall be made of wood or cement and set a minimum of one foot above ground level with a slight slope towards the door or other opening to prevent puddling.
(F) Coop must have an attached run area with at least three square feet of space per chicken, but not more than 30 square feet of total run area. The run must be constructed using predator-proof and bird-proof wire containing less than one inch openings and maintained in a manner that prevents predators from knocking over, tunneling under, or otherwise accessing the run.

(A) There may be not discernable odor emanating from the coop and run at the property line.
(B) The coop and run must be regularly cleaned as to not permit the accumulation of feces.
(C) Chicken feed must be stored in rat proof containers.

(B) Whoever violates any provision of § 90.06 shall be guilty of an infraction and may be punished by a fine of not less than $100 and not more than $2,500. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which violation occurs or continues.
(C) The owner of any animal found at large or in violation of any other provision of this chapter shall be punished by fines with respect to each animal as follows:
(1) First offense: $25;
(2) Second offense within 6 months: $75; and
(3) Subsequent offenses within six months: $150.
