§ 90.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any violation of §§ 90.05 and 90.11 may be fined not less than $500 and not more than $2,500, animal seized, and subject to any state or federal charges.

   (B)   Whoever violates any provision of § 90.06 shall be guilty of an infraction and may be punished by a fine of not less than $100 and not more than $2,500. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which violation occurs or continues.

   (C)   The owner of any animal found at large or in violation of any other provision of this chapter shall be punished by fines with respect to each animal as follows:

      (1)   First offense: $25;

      (2)   Second offense within 6 months: $75; and

      (3)   Subsequent offenses within six months: $150.
