§ 72.48 ENFORCEMENT.
   Certain parking spaces within the streets and places in the city may be designated for use by individuals with physical disabilities. When parking spaces are designed as such, no parking shall be permitted in those spaces except for or by those individuals who display a placard of a person with a physical disability or disabled veteran issued under IC 9-14-5, under the laws of another state, or under the laws of the city, or a registration plate of a person with a physical disability veteran, issued under IC 9-18-18, IC 9-18-22, or under the laws of another state. The permit holder reserves the right to contact law enforcement for the purpose of enforcement should any vehicle not authorized be parked in a properly marked and designated handicap spot.
