(A) The following regulations shall be in effect:
(1) A permit shall be issued only when there is a clearly demonstrated place of residence.
(2) Permits are restricted to a household.
(3) Permits shall be valid only for the two-year calendar year period in which they are issued.
(4) Private parking spaces, pursuant to this subchapter are to be used for passenger vehicles.
(5) Private parking spaces may not be subleased or rented, for consideration or gratuitously, to individuals outside the applicant’s household.
(6) Violation of these regulations or any other provisions of this subchapter shall result in the immediate revocation of the permit by the Beech Grove Police Department and forfeiture of all fees.
(7) The city shall paint the curbing designating such parking space with suitable blue paint markings up to 40 feet in length per owned lot and up to 20 feet in length for persons residing in a double family dwelling.

(B) No permit for a parking space adjacent to a residence shall be granted for any space in which the city shall prohibit parking entirely. ('67 Code, § 75.33)
