(A) No semi-truck or trailer shall park on a city street between the hours of 12:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. No more than one commercial vehicle of the same company, per household, shall park on a city street between the hours of 12:00 a.m. and 6:00p.m.
(B) Exceptions.
(1) Vehicle operator is allowed to drive a company vehicle home;
(2) Operator of vehicle is on call for his or her employer;
(3) Necessary for the preservation of life and property;
(4) Except for vehicles for city sponsored events.
(C) Definition. For the purposes of this section, “COMMERCIAL MOTOR VEHICLE” has the meaning set forth in 49 CFR Part 383.5.
