§ 71.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, whoever violates any provisions of this chapter shall be fined not more than $l,000.

   (B)   Whoever violates any provisions of § 71.02 shall be fined not less than $1 nor more than $l,000.

   (C)   Whoever violates any provisions of §§ 71.25 through 71.28 shall be fined not less than $1 nor more than $l,000.

   (D)   Whoever violates any provisions of § 71.37 shall be fined not less than $10 nor more than $100 for each offense.
