§ 70.45 AUTHORITY OF POLICE DEPARTMENT TO INSPECT.
   Pursuant to IC 9-17-2-12, a regular member of the City Police Department may, on demand, inspect a motor vehicle, shall make a record of the inspection upon the application form prepared by the State Bureau of Motor Vehicles, and shall verify the facts set out in said application.
