§ 70.02 COMPLIANCE WITH CHAPTER, OFFICERS REQUIRED.
   (A)   Chapter's provisions. It shall be a punishable offense for any person to do any act forbidden by or fail to perform any act required in this traffic code.
   (B)   Police and Fire Department. No person shall willfully fail or refuse to comply with any lawful order or direction of a police officer or Fire Department official.
