§ 35.192 JURISDICTION.
   Pursuant to IC 36-7-14-1(c), all blighted areas, or allocation areas in the city previously established under IC 36-7-15.1-37 through IC 36-7-15.1-58 shall be governed by the Commission and not subject to the jurisdiction of the Metropolitan Development Commission of Marion County, Indiana.
