§ 35.041 APPOINTMENT, DUTIES OF SANITATION CLERKS.
   The various sanitation clerks needed to manage the bookkeeping and the administrative requirements of the Sanitation Department shall be appointed and compensated by the Board of Sanitation. The sanitation clerks serve at the pleasure of the Board of Sanitation which appointed them.
