In the absence of any penalty for a chapter or section under this title, or any other sections referenced in section 9-12-4 of this chapter, any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be fined not less than twenty five dollars ($25.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each offense. Provided however that said fines may be increased or compromised by the village in accordance with the terms and provisions of section 9-12-4 of this chapter. (Ord. 887, 2-12-2001)
