(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) (1) Any person who shall violate any provision of §§ 50.01 through 50.09 shall, upon conviction before the Magisterial District Judge or other court of competent jurisdiction and in accordance with the procedures set forth in the Pennsylvania Second Class Township Code, 53 P.S. §§ 65101 et seq., be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $1,000 per day during which such violation shall continue, plus all court costs and reasonable attorney fees incurred by the township in enforcing the violation. Each day that a violation of §§ 50.01 through 50.09 continues shall constitute a separate offense, and each section of §§ 50.01 through 50.09 found to have been violated shall constitute a separate offense. For purposes of this division (B), the doing of any act or thing prohibited by any provisions of §§ 50.01 through 50.09, or the failure to do any act or thing as to which any provision of §§ 50.01 through 50.09 creates any affirmative duty, shall constitute a violation punishable as herein stated. Licensed collectors and licensed waste haulers who shall violate any provision §§ 50.01 through 50.09 may be reported to the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) by the township and may be subject to the revocation of the state authorization to transport municipal waste, as described in Act 90.
(C) (1) Any person, co-partnership or corporation violating any of the provisions of §§ 50.20 and 50.21 shall, upon summary proceeding brought in the name of the township before any Magisterial District Judge, be fined upon conviction in an amount not exceeding $300, or in default thereof be sentenced and committed to the county jail for a period not exceeding 30 days.
