The official map to be adopted by this chapter is being made a part hereof and incorporated herein by reference as if set out in full herein. A copy of this official map shall be recorded with the office of the Recorder of Deeds of the county, and another shall be kept on file in the Township Building. The official map adopted herein is more fully titled, “Bedminster Township Official Map of the C-2 District, Sheet 1 of 1, prepared for Bedminster Township, dated January 20, 2005.” This official map lays out proposed Township Road T-XXX, a public road extending from Bedminster Road (S.R. 113) to Rickerts Road (T-417), located east of and running generally parallel to Dublin Pike (S.R. 313), and establishes a 60-foot wide right-of-way for construction of improvements within T-XXX. This official map may be amended from time to time pursuant to the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code.
