§ 150.01 PURPOSE.
   The purpose of this chapter is to adopt an official map of the township that shows public lands and facilities within the township, and more specifically, a proposed public road known as Township Road T-XXX. The township adopts this chapter pursuant to Article IV of the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code, 53 P.S. §§ 10401 et seq.
