In addition to the revocation penalty set forth in § 112.03, any person or entity who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter, or who shall fail to comply with any written violation notice from the township, shall be guilty of a summary offense and, upon conviction thereof, shall be sentenced to a fine of not more than $600 plus costs. A new and separate violation shall be deemed to be committed for each day after receipt of the aforesaid notice that such violation exists.
