   (B)   Suspension or revocation of license. If any towing contractor is accused of violating any provision of this chapter, the Township Manager, upon confirmation that such a violation has taken place, shall issue a written warning to the towing contractor informing them of the violation and demanding a correction thereof.
      (1)   In the event that a towing contractor is found to have committed two or more violations of this chapter within the same calendar year or has failed to correct a violation as demanded by the township in the written warning issued under division (B) above, the township may revoke the current duty tow license issued hereunder to said contractor, together with the right to reapply for a subsequent license for a period of up to two years. The Township Manager shall notify the towing contractor in writing no less than five days prior to the revocation of its duty tow license in accordance with this section and provide an explanation of the violations leading to the revocation and the length of the revocation.
      (2)   Upon receipt of the intent to revoke a license, the towing contractor may request a pre-termination hearing before the Township Board of Supervisors or its designee by filing a written appeal of the revocation with the Township Manager. The hearing on this appeal shall be held in accordance with the State Local Agency Law.
   (C)   Additional enforcement action. In addition, the township may institute injunctive, mandamus or any other appropriate action in law or equity for the enforcement of this chapter.
