§ 93.03 ADMINISTRATION AND ENFORCEMENT.
   The administration and enforcement of the Fire Prevention Code shall be the duty of the Fire Marshal who is hereby authorized to take such action as may be reasonably necessary to enforce the provisions hereof. The Board of Supervisors of the township may appoint assistants or agents of the fire official as it may deem necessary to carry out the provisions hereof. The fire official and his or her assistants or agents shall, after proper identification, have the right to enter premises for the purposes of inspection as may reasonably be necessary to perform any duty imposed upon them by the Fire Prevention Code or to protect public health.
