§ 93.99 PENALTY.
   Any person who shall violate any provision of this chapter and/or the Fire Prevention Code adopted hereunder shall, upon conviction before the Magisterial District Judge or other court of competent jurisdiction and in accordance with the procedures set forth in the Pennsylvania Second Class Township Code, 53 P.S. §§ 65101 et seq., be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $1,000 plus the costs of prosecution, including, but not limited to, all court costs and reasonable attorney fees incurred by the township in enforcing the violation. Each day a violation continues shall constitute a separate offense, and each provision violated shall constitute a separate offense.
