Whenever sanitary sewer service provided by the township or municipal authority becomes available for use, the holding tank must be disconnected and disposed of in accordance with applicable Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection regulations, and proper connection made to the sanitary sewer within 90 days after notice to make connection.
