§ 91.15 APPLICATION PROCEDURE.

To meet the requirements of § 91.14, an application for a sewage management permit shall be obtained and submitted to the Township Zoning Officer along with all the necessary attachments, plans and documents.

(A) The Zoning Officer shall forward one copy of the application to the Township Engineer and one copy of the application to the Township SEO for their consideration and comments.

(B) The Zoning Officer may review the application with the Township Planning Commission, Township Engineer, Township Solicitor, Township SEO and/or other municipal officials to determine approval, conditional approval or disapproval of the application.
