   (B)   Parking shall be prohibited and driving motor vehicles restricted on snow emergency routes during emergencies. After any snow emergency is declared, it shall be unlawful, at any time, during the continuance of the emergency, for any person to park a motor vehicle or to allow that motor vehicle to remain parked anywhere within the snow emergency route or to drive any motor vehicle on such snow emergency routes, unless that vehicle is equipped with snow tires or chains.
   (C)   (1)   Any person, firm, corporation, partnership or entity who violates any provision of Ord. 82 shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $25, plus costs; provided, it shall be the duty of the police officers of the township to report all violations of any provision of Ord. 82 indicating the violation; the license number of the vehicle involved in the violation; the location where the violation took place; and any other facts that may be necessary in order to secure clear understanding of the circumstances attending the violation.
      (2)   Any person violating any provision of Ord. 112, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
