§ 70.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
   (B)   (1)   All temporary, emergency and experimental regulations imposed in accordance with §§ 70.15 through 70.18 shall be enforced by the Township Police Department and other authorized authorities in the same manner as permanent regulations. No person shall operate a vehicle in violation of any regulations, prohibitions or restrictions made under the authority of §§ 70.15 through 70.18, and no person shall move, remove, destroy, injure, deface or otherwise alter any sign, marking or traffic- control device installed, erected, posted or made under the authority of §§ 70.15 through 70.18.
      (2)    Any person who shall operate or park a vehicle in violation of any regulation of this chapter, or who shall move, remove, destroy, injure, deface or otherwise alter any sign, marking or traffic- control device installed, erected, posted or made to give notice of or in conjunction with any such regulation, shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to the penalty set forth in the State Motor Vehicle Code for the violation of a permanent regulation of the such nature, or, in case of a violation for which no specific penalty is set forth in the State Motor Vehicle Code, to a fine of not less than $25, together with costs of prosecution, including, but not limited to, all court costs and reasonable attorney fees incurred by the township in enforcing the violation. Each day a violation continues shall constitute a separate offense, and each provision violated shall constitute a separate offense.
