(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
(B) Any person which commits or suffers the violation of §§ 53.01 through 53.08, shall, upon being found liable in a civil enforcement proceeding commenced by the township, pay a fine of $600 plus all court costs, including reasonable attorney fees incurred by the township. A separate offense shall arise for each day or portion thereof in which a violation is found to exist or for each section of §§ 53.01 through 53.08 which is found to have been violated. In addition, the township also may enforce §§ 53.01 through 53.08 by an action brought in equity.
(C) Any person, firm corporation or utility who violates or permits the violation of §§ 53.20 through 53.24 shall, upon being found liable therefor in civil enforcement proceeding commenced by the township, pay a fine of $600, plus all court costs, including reasonable attorney fees incurred by the township. No judgment shall be imposed until the date of the determination of a violation by the District Judge. If the defendant neither pays or timely appeals the judgment, the municipality may enforce the judgment pursuant to the applicable Rules of Civil Procedure.
