Freight-carrying and pulling vehicles (including semi-tractors), except panel and pick-up trucks, shall not park within the congested area of the city. However, said vehicles may park in the area for the purpose of loading or unloading freight between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 11:00 a.m., and may park for those purposes at any time in curb-loading zones authorized under § 74.041.
