No person shall ride on any bus or vehicle on any portion thereof not designed or intended for the use of passengers. This provision shall not apply to an employee engaged in the necessary discharge of a duty, or to persons riding within truck bodies in space intended for merchandise.

(A) The driver of any vehicle proceeding upon any railroad track in front of a train upon a street shall remove the vehicle from the track as soon as practical after signal from the operator of the train.
(B) When a train has lawfully entered and is crossing an intersection, no driver of a vehicle shall drive on or across the car tracks within the intersection in front of the train.
(C) The driver of a vehicle on overtaking and passing a bus shall not turn in front of the bus so as to interfere with or impede its movement.

(A) The operation of motorcycles, motor bikes, motor scooters, or any motorized off-road personal recreation vehicle of any kind shall be prohibited on all property owned by the city, except for all properly licensed motor vehicles operating on streets and parking lots.
(B) The provisions of this section shall not apply to municipally-owned golf carts or any other municipally- owned vehicles.
(C) Any person violating or permitting a minor child to violate this section shall be subject to a fine in the amount of $25.
