§ 51.131 OBSTRUCTING SEWERS.

No person shall place, or cause to be placed, any bulky substance in any sewer opening, or in the house connections, or private drains connecting with any public main or lateral sewer, or any substance having a tendency to obstruct the free flowage of the sewers or to damage them in any way.
