(A) A person shall not maliciously, willfully, or recklessly break, damage, destroy, uncover, deface, or tamper with any structure, appurtenance, or equipment which is a part of the city sewerage system.

(B) No person shall injure, break, or remove any portion of any manhole, flush-tank, catch-basin, or any part of the sewer system, or throw or deposit, or cause to be thrown or deposited, in any sewer opening or receptacle connecting with the sewer system, any garbage, offal, dead animals, vegetable parings, ashes, cinders, rags, or any other matter or thing whatsoever, except feces, urine, the necessary water closet paper, liquid house, or mill slops. Roof water shall not be admitted.
