Records shall be made available upon request by the Administrator. All records relating to compliance with pretreatment standards shall be made available to officials of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency upon demand. A summary of data indicating the industrial user's compliance with this chapter shall be prepared semi-annually and submitted to the Administrator as a part of the discharge report. All records must be kept on file for a period of three years. If any action is being taken, records must be kept through a period in which all appeals have been exhausted.
