(A) The city shall have the right to impose a surcharge for waste discharged into the sewage system whose strength or character is such that the introduction of the waste into the sewage system may cause additional costs to the system.
(B) The city shall have the right to reject waste and prohibit the introduction of rejected waste into the sewage system, or the city may require pretreatment of the waste when the strength or character of the waste is such that it could cause damage to or interfere with the operation of the sewage system.
(C) The industrial pretreatment surcharge for all industry discharging more than 50,000 gallons annually shall be 0.1720 cents per 1000 gallons.
